Responsibilities

• Enhance product quality and minimize defects
• Boost factory productivity and operational efficiency
• Lead production teams and enforce staff discipline
• Conduct employee training sessions
• Create SOPs, KPI systems, and reporting frameworks
• Oversee production, quality, warehouse, and logistics coordination

Requirements

• Manufacturing or factory operations experience
• Strong leadership and communication abilities
• HR and production planning knowledge
• Quality control experience advantageous
