About the Role

Kahawatte Plantations is recruiting a Deputy/Assistant Manager for Internal Audit to conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits across their plantation operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute internal audit assignments per approved audit plans
• Evaluate control effectiveness and risk management processes
• Conduct operational, financial, and compliance audits
• Prepare structured audit reports with findings and recommendations
• Track corrective action implementation
• Support fraud investigations and special requests

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field
• CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification
• CIA, CISA, or related certifications
• 3-5 years relevant audit/assurance experience
