About the Role
Experienced chef needed for a family restaurant in Colombo. Prepare high-quality dishes and maintain kitchen standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meals to restaurant standards
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety
- Manage ingredient stock and ordering
- Train and supervise kitchen assistants
- Develop and update menu items
Requirements
- 2+ years experience as a chef
- Knowledge of Sri Lankan and multi-cuisine cooking
- Ability to manage kitchen operations
- Food safety certification preferred
