About the Role
Lead the culinary vision of W15 Collection's Colombo venues. Drive menu innovation, kitchen standards, and team excellence across the collection.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute culinary strategy across all W15 venues
- Lead, mentor, and manage kitchen teams
- Design seasonal menus aligned with brand vision
- Control food costs and manage supplier relationships
- Uphold food safety and quality standards
- Drive culinary innovation and brand differentiation
Requirements
- Degree or professional qualification in Culinary Arts
- 5+ years experience including senior chef or executive chef roles
- Strong leadership and creative culinary skills
- Experience in fine dining or premium restaurant environments
- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP regulations
