About the Role
Support the Executive Chef at The Social Unawatuna in delivering high-quality cuisine in a vibrant beachside environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the head chef in managing kitchen operations
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Ensure quality and consistency of food preparation
- Manage ingredient stock and control food costs
- Step in as acting head chef when required
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements
- Culinary qualification or equivalent experience
- 3+ years kitchen experience including team leadership
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a high-volume beachside restaurant setting
