About the Role
Drive sales growth across the Kurunegala region for an established electrical company. Manage a territory sales team and key customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the sales territory in Kurunegala region
- Lead and motivate the area sales team
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Build relationships with key accounts and distributors
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- 3+ years experience in sales, preferably electrical or FMCG
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Valid driving licence
