About the Role
Support the sales force effectiveness function at Keells Food Products. Develop and deliver coaching programmes for the field sales team.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver coaching programmes for sales representatives
- Analyse sales data to identify coaching opportunities
- Work with sales managers to improve team performance
- Support onboarding of new sales staff
- Track coaching KPIs and report on outcomes
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or HR
- 0–2 years experience in sales or L&D
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel
