About the Role

Manage procurement, inventory, and supply chain operations for Food Studio OGF's Colombo food outlets. Ensure timely sourcing and delivery of ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement of food ingredients and supplies
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain optimal inventory levels across outlets
• Monitor stock usage and implement reorder controls
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers
• Prepare supply chain reports and cost analyses

Requirements

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Hospitality Management
• 2+ years supply chain or procurement experience, preferably in F&B
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and inventory systems
