About the Role

Manage cost estimation and quantity surveying for interior fit-out, joinery, and furniture manufacturing projects in Maharagama.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs and cost estimates for interior fit-out projects
• Manage project budgets and variations
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare financial reports and tender documentation

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying
• Prior experience in interior fit-out, joinery, furniture manufacturing, or custom fabrication
• Strong MS Excel and cost management skills
