Partner with business units to drive HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development at a leading FMCG company.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business unit heads on HR strategy and talent management
• Support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives
• Manage employee relations and performance management processes
• Drive HR operational excellence and compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management
• 3-5 years HRBP or senior HR experience
• Strong business partnering and communication skills
• CIPM or equivalent HR qualification preferred
