About the Role
Design and implement learning and development programmes to enhance employee capability at a leading coatings manufacturer.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver learning and development programmes
- Conduct training needs analysis
- Coordinate internal and external training activities
- Maintain training records and effectiveness evaluation
- Support talent development initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HRM, Psychology, or Business Management
- 2-3 years L&D or HR experience
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- HR certification (CIPM) preferred
