About the Role

Support management systems and quality/HSE compliance functions at one of Sri Lanka's leading civil engineering firms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve management systems (ISO, HSE, quality)
• Conduct internal audits and compliance checks
• Prepare management system documentation
• Support certification activities
• Coordinate with project teams on quality standards

Requirements

• Relevant degree in engineering, quality management, or related field
• Knowledge of ISO management standards
• Experience in engineering or construction industry preferred
