Responsibilities

• Identify and develop project opportunities in institutional, hospitality, and healthcare sectors
• Manage complete sales cycles including proposals and contract negotiations
• Maintain CRM systems and revenue forecasts
• Build relationships with architects, consultants, and developers
• Represent company at client meetings and industry events
• Mentor junior sales staff

Requirements

• 8-10 years B2B technical or project sales experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
• Strong English communication and proposal writing skills
• Experience with complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles
