About the Role
Lead pastry and bakery production at LAUGFS Supermarket outlets in Kesbewa and Kurunagala.
Responsibilities
- Lead pastry and bakery production
- Maintain quality and food safety standards
- Work 12-hour shifts including OT
- Train junior kitchen staff
Requirements
- Age 18-50 years
- Higher Diploma or NVQ Level 3/4
- Minimum 5 years in relevant field
- Night shift availability
