About the Role
Oversee hot kitchen operations and lead culinary team at Grand Chancellor Kitchens, Colombo 6.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day hot kitchen operations
- Supervise and guide kitchen staff
- Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
- Ensure HACCP and hygiene standards
- Support menu planning and costing
- Monitor stock and coordinate purchasing
- Manage service pressure and timely delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience as Sous Chef or senior Commis/Chef de Partie
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan, Indian and Chinese cuisine
- Leadership and staff training ability
- 3 years culinary experience
- Certificate-level education
