Welcome guests and manage seating at ITS Grandeur restaurant in Kaduwela, Colombo.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and guide to tables
- Manage reservations, waiting lists and seating
- Coordinate with staff for smooth guest flow
- Answer customer enquiries
- Maintain professional front-of-house environment
Requirements
- GCE O/L qualification
- Basic English knowledge
- 1 year customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Shift-based work flexibility
