About the Role
Design and deliver training programmes for contact centre staff, covering onboarding, product knowledge, and soft skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct new employee onboarding and product training
- Deliver soft skills and customer service training
- Develop training materials, presentations and guides
- Monitor agent performance to identify training needs
- Conduct refresher training sessions
- Collaborate with QA and Operations teams
Requirements
- Previous experience with inbound/outbound call handling
- Proficiency in at least two languages (Sinhala, English, Tamil)
- Strong presentation and facilitation abilities
- Training material development skills
- Good organisational and planning abilities
