• Lead Credit Risk scoring model design and deployment
• Apply unsupervised learning to uncover spending trends
• Develop Next Best Action models for upselling
• Design A/B and multivariate testing frameworks
• Explore Agentic AI for financial automation
• Mentor data science team members

Requirements

• 5+ years in data science or machine learning
• Finance domain experience preferred
• Expert Python, SQL, and statistical modeling skills
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Statistics, or IT
