About the Role
Provide first and second-level application support for business SaaS solutions, manage incidents, and coordinate with development teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide application support across locations for LOB and SaaS solutions
- Log and track incidents for analysis and resolution
- Review root cause analysis for application issues
- Collaborate with TAC, internal teams, and service providers
- Identify system improvements from end-user perspective
- Manage database-related tasks and data updates
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or Undergraduate Degree in Computing/IT
- Minimum 1 year in similar capacity
- SQL and database management knowledge
- Teamwork, communication, and analytical thinking
