About the Role

Serve local and foreign clientele at Dilmah Tea Boutiques in Colombo, delivering an exceptional tea retail experience with interactive customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and purchases
• Maintain boutique presentation and merchandising standards
• Process sales transactions accurately
• Manage stock and inventory in the boutique

Requirements

• Age 20–35 years
• Minimum GCE Ordinary Level qualification
• Excellent command of English
• Natural aptitude for sales and customer service
• Willingness to work on rotating schedules
