Supply Chain Controller

About the Role

Lead financial and operational oversight of LAUGFS Group supply chain functions, driving cost leadership, digital transformation, and strategic optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly performance reviews using real-time dashboards and digital KPIs
• Drive corrective action plans and challenge cost structures through benchmarking
• Oversee ERP reporting and lead cost forecasting using predictive analytics
• Support digital supply chain transformation including automation and AI-driven forecasting
• Build team capability in financial and operational awareness
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy/Finance or related discipline
• Professional qualification (ACA, CIMA, or ACCA)
• 7–10 years supply chain finance experience
• MBA qualification preferred
• Strong analytical and cost management capabilities
• Experience in supplier management and performance monitoring
