About the Role
Lead and manage all production operations at CanTec's metal can manufacturing facility in Ja-Ela, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day production operations at the manufacturing facility
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
- Plan and schedule production to meet customer delivery deadlines
- Lead and develop the production team
- Monitor production KPIs and implement improvements
- Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams
Requirements
- Degree or HND in Engineering or Manufacturing
- Minimum 5 years in production management, preferably in metal/packaging industry
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of quality management systems
