Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day optical lens production operations
- Manage production quality and compliance with international standards
- Coordinate production scheduling to meet output targets
- Supervise and develop production staff
- Liaise with quality assurance and engineering teams
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Applied Science, or related field
- 3+ years in production or manufacturing management
- Knowledge of optical manufacturing processes preferred
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
