About the Role
Support production operations at Lalan Rubbers' Avissawella manufacturing facility, contributing to rubber glove and product manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
- Support daily production operations and line management
- Monitor production quality and report deviations
- Assist in production scheduling and target tracking
- Maintain production records and documentation
- Comply with safety and quality standards
Requirements
- Degree or HND in Engineering, Applied Science, or related field
- 0–2 years in manufacturing or production
- Good communication skills in Sinhala and English
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment
