About the Role
Manage and oversee corrugated packaging production operations at Econopack's Bandaragama facility, ensuring quality and output targets are met.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations in the corrugated packaging plant
- Ensure product quality meets customer specifications
- Monitor production targets and implement efficiency improvements
- Supervise production floor staff
- Maintain production records and reports
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams
Requirements
- Degree or HND in Engineering, Production Management, or related field
- 2+ years in manufacturing or packaging production
- Strong organizational and supervisory skills
- Familiarity with quality management principles
