About the Role
Handle pre-sales inquiries and guide prospective buyers through the property selection process for JKH Property Group's premium developments.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound pre-sales inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
- Present property options and conduct site visits with prospective clients
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Follow up on leads and nurture prospective buyers through the sales pipeline
- Coordinate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns
- Prepare sales reports and pipeline updates
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1–2 years experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities
- Real estate knowledge is an advantage
