About the Role

Develop and manage production plans for North Sails Lanka's sail manufacturing operations in Malwana, coordinating materials and workflow to meet export delivery schedules.

Responsibilities

Develop production plans aligned with export order schedules
Coordinate material requirements with procurement team
Monitor inventory levels and production progress
Identify scheduling conflicts and propose solutions
Prepare planning reports and communicate updates to management

Requirements

Degree in Production Management, Supply Chain, or Engineering
2–3 years in production planning or operations
ERP or planning tool experience
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
