About the Role
Set up and operate single-head industrial embroidery machines, create and adjust designs, monitor stitch quality, and perform machine maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate single-head industrial embroidery machines
- Create, edit, and adjust embroidery designs for uniforms and apparel
- Monitor stitching quality and identify defects
- Perform machine maintenance including cleaning and troubleshooting
- Prepare materials using correct threads and stabilizers
Requirements
- 2–3 years industrial embroidery machine experience
- Knowledge of embroidery software (Wilcom, Hatch, or Tajima DG)
- Understanding of thread types, fabric stabilizers, and logo placement
- Detail-oriented and accurate work approach
