Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and quantity take-offs; develop project budgets and manage cost reporting for construction and interior projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQ, cost estimation, and quantity take-offs
• Develop project budgets and track costs
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers
• Document project activities and prepare reports

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying
• 1–3 years construction or interior project experience
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software
