About the Role

Prepare detailed construction programmes, develop method statements and mobilisation schedules, monitor project progress, and prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update detailed construction programmes
• Develop method statements and mobilisation schedules
• Prepare procurement schedules
• Monitor project progress and prepare weekly and monthly reports
• Analyse delays and recommend corrective strategies

Requirements

• BSc in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
• Minimum 5 years construction industry project planning experience
• Proficiency with planning software and ERP systems
• Professional membership with IESL or equivalent advantageous
