About the Role

Lead and manage gardening operations, guide resort guests on natural walks and eco-tours, and manage sustainable green projects at Kosgoda Resort in Galle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the gardening unit with oversight of daily tasks
• Guide guests on natural walks and eco-tours
• Manage sustainable green projects independently
• Maintain resort grounds to high standards

Requirements

• Certificate in Agriculture, Forestry, Wildlife Studies, or Tourism preferred
• 2–3 years in similar roles (Resort Naturalist or Gardening Team Leader)
• Knowledge of local flora, fauna, and village culture
• Strong communication skills for international guests
