Responsibilities
- Manage talent acquisition and retention
- Handle payroll and statutory payments
- Manage leave and attendance
- Handle grievances and disciplinary matters
- Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in HR or related field
- Minimum 3 years HR experience
- Detail-oriented with strong HR operations expertise
- F&B industry experience advantageous
