Create process flows, convert business requirements into technical specifications, and design CRM and workflow automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed process flows and comprehensive process maps
• Convert business requirements into user stories and technical specifications
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and automation opportunities
• Produce documentation including SRS, proposals, UAT documents, and user manuals
• Design CRM and workflow automation solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, IT, or related field
• 1-2 years in business analysis or process management
• Experience with process mapping tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
