About the Role

Responsibilities
- Continuous performance monitoring of automated systems
- Troubleshoot and report system issues promptly
- Perform regular system checks to maintain stability and uptime
- Collaborate with team on system reliability
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and system monitoring ability
- Corporate network administration expertise (LAN, WAN, UniFi)
- PC, hardware, and software troubleshooting proficiency
- Network security knowledge
- Fluent English (Chinese language a plus)
- Ability to work rotational shifts
