Lead quantity surveying, bill preparation, and contractual documentation management for building construction projects in Kurunegala.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bills and cost estimates
• Manage contractual documentation
• Coordinate with stakeholders
• Administer building construction contracts
• Handle Measure & Pay building projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience
• Professional chartered status from recognized institution
• Knowledge of CIDA and FIDIC contract documentation
• Building construction project experience
