About the Role
Plan and execute social media campaigns, manage influencer partnerships, and own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn for a leading Sri Lankan tech education brand.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms
- Manage social content calendars and community engagement
- Develop influencer awareness campaign concepts
- Source and evaluate influencers for brand alignment
- Own paid campaign optimisation across advertising platforms
- Build and manage marketing funnels with audience targeting
- Track performance metrics and generate insights
Requirements
- 3+ years marketing experience with social, influencer, and paid acquisition focus
- Proven end-to-end campaign execution record
- Strong creative judgment
- Proficiency with reporting and dashboards
