Lead merchandise development processes for international fashion clients, coordinating between design, production, and buyer teams at the Biyagama facility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating merchandise development with international buyers
• Managing development samples and fit approval processes
• Liaising between design, technical, and production teams
• Tracking development milestones and critical paths

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Apparel Technology, Merchandising, or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years merchandising experience
• Strong buyer communication and coordination skills
