About the Role
Lead pastry and bakery preparations in a large retail food operation, maintaining premium standards for baked goods and confectionery.
Responsibilities
- Prepare pastry and bakery dishes to premium standards maintaining consistency
- Support kitchen operations and collaborate with senior chefs
- Assist with mise en place and daily kitchen tasks
- Maintain quality during busy service periods
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in the relevant field
- NVQ Level 3/4 certification
- Age between 18-50 years
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (including 3 hours overtime)
- Willingness for night shift work
- Higher Diploma minimum education level
