About the Role
Manage guest arrivals, departures, and personalized service delivery at a luxury resort property with exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests professionally
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, billing operations
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless guest experiences
- Assist with daily front office operations
- Maintain luxury hospitality standards
Requirements
- 3+ years in front office or guest services in hotel/resort settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- PMS system proficiency
- Fluent English; additional languages preferred
