About the Role

The Prasad Fashion Square in Homagama is hiring an experienced Showroom Manager with 4–6 years of retail leadership experience to develop sales strategies, lead the team, and maintain a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies
• Lead and coach sales team with performance feedback
• Build customer relationships and maintain welcoming environment
• Manage showroom operations and professional standards

Requirements

• Minimum 4–6 years sales leadership experience in retail
• G.C.E A/L or professional certificate/diploma in Sales or Marketing
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
