About the Role

Sathuta Builders in Kurunegala is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with 20+ years in construction and 10+ years as Project Manager for large-scale building projects in the Western Province.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction activities and project execution
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders
• Coordinate and supervise Project Managers and site teams

Requirements

• Chartered qualification with B.Sc. in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management
• Minimum 20 years construction industry experience
• At least 10 years as Project Manager on large-scale building projects
• Overseas project experience preferred
