Operations & Production Manager

About the Role

Lead factory production operations, manage teams, implement quality systems, and drive operational excellence at Help Grow Lanka's Kandana plant.

Responsibilities

• Enhance product quality and reduce defects
• Boost productivity and oversee production teams
• Conduct staff training and development
• Develop SOPs and KPI systems
• Manage production, quality, warehouse, and logistics coordination
• Maintain export standards and minimize waste

Requirements

• 1 year manufacturing experience minimum
• Advanced Level education
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Lean manufacturing, 5S, or ISO knowledge preferred
• Quality control background preferred
