About the Role

SPAR SL is seeking a Manager of Industrial Relations to manage employee relations, handle disciplinary matters, resolve labor disputes, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage industrial relations and employee grievances
• Handle disciplinary inquiries and labor disputes
• Ensure compliance with Sri Lanka labor laws
• Develop and implement IR policies and procedures
• Liaise with trade unions and labor authorities

Requirements

• Degree in HRM or law
• 5+ years in industrial relations or HR management
• Strong knowledge of Sri Lanka labor legislation
• Experience in retail or FMCG preferred
