About the Role
SPAR SL is seeking a Manager of Industrial Relations to manage employee relations, handle disciplinary matters, resolve labor disputes, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Responsibilities
- Manage industrial relations and employee grievances
- Handle disciplinary inquiries and labor disputes
- Ensure compliance with Sri Lanka labor laws
- Develop and implement IR policies and procedures
- Liaise with trade unions and labor authorities
Requirements
- Degree in HRM or law
- 5+ years in industrial relations or HR management
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lanka labor legislation
- Experience in retail or FMCG preferred
