About the Role

Deliver frontline customer service at SPAR Sri Lanka supermarket stores across Colombo and the Western Province, assisting shoppers, managing merchandise, and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the shop floor and answer product queries
• Maintain merchandise presentation and replenishment
• Process customer transactions and returns
• Support store operations and maintain cleanliness

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Customer-oriented attitude
• Ability to work flexible shifts
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
