About the Role

Enhance the performance and capability of Elephant House sales representatives and merchandising leaders through structured field coaching and training programmes across Sri Lanka.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured field coaching with sales personnel and provide performance feedback
• Design and deliver training programmes covering sales skills and product knowledge
• Manage digital learning content and track learner progress
• Maintain coaching records and prepare performance reports
• Identify capability gaps and develop targeted improvement action plans

Requirements

• Degree in Sales/Coaching or higher diploma
• 1-2 years hands-on training or coaching experience
• FMCG industry knowledge
• Familiarity with modern training methodologies
• Strong communication and analytical skills
