Executive - Payments & Asset Operations

About the Role

Manage service agent payments, ensure compliance, and drive efficiency in Elephant House's marketing asset operations, working across procurement, finance, and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Process timely and accurate payments for service agents
• Handle payment workflows involving purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoice verification
• Verify supporting documents meet company policy requirements
• Coordinate with Marketing, Procurement, and Finance teams to resolve payment issues
• Conduct payment analysis tracking pending and overdue amounts
• Prepare management reports on payment summaries
• Monitor spending against approved budgets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or professional credential in Finance, Marketing, or related discipline
• 6 months to 1 year of payment processing experience
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong analytical and reconciliation abilities
• ERP system experience (SAP, Serge) preferred
