About the Role

Organise and manage transport operations at John Keells Logistics, coordinating vehicle procurement, driver management, and safety compliance to OHSAS and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Organise and manage day-to-day transport operations
• Process transport-related documentation
• Procure and allocate vehicles based on operational requirements
• Conduct vehicle safety inspections and compliance checks
• Coordinate with drivers and manage communication
• Maintain customer satisfaction through operational coordination
• Maintain adherence to OHSAS and ISO standards

Requirements

• Supply Chain & Logistics degree or diploma
• Minimum 1 year in a comparable transport operations position
• Strong team management and leadership abilities
• Vehicle maintenance knowledge and inspection capabilities
• Data analytics orientation
• Invoicing and documentation expertise
