Assistant Manager – Sales

About the Role

Drive sales for John Keells Properties' real estate portfolio by managing customer leads, conducting site visits, and executing sales conversions for residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage leads and execute sales conversions through customer follow-ups and site visits
• Maintain customer relationships and monitor market trends
• Direct sales activations, events, and promotional campaigns
• Update CRM systems and sales pipelines with accurate information
• Collaborate with marketing, legal, and customer service teams
• Lead and motivate the sales team to enhance performance
• Engage with customers across suburban project locations

Requirements

• Background in property sales, real estate, housing, banking, insurance, or comparable high-value sales environment
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead teams
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Target-oriented mindset
• Degree or professional qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management advantageous
• Willingness to travel to project sites
