Beverage Manager

About the Role

Lead group-wide beverage operations across all five Resplendent Ceylon luxury resort properties, developing innovative menus, managing costs, and training beverage teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative beverage offerings spanning wines, spirits, signature cocktails, tea, and coffee
• Establish group-wide beverage standards while respecting individual property characteristics
• Manage beverage profitability, forecasting, and cost controls
• Lead supplier negotiations and inventory governance
• Train and inspire bar and restaurant beverage teams across properties
• Cultivate collaborations with craft producers for exclusive offerings
• Travel regularly between properties

Requirements

• 3+ years in luxury bar, hotel, or multi-property beverage leadership
• Strong expertise in wines, spirits, tea, and cocktail development
• Proven profitability management and cost control experience
• Supplier negotiation and compliance experience
• Team leadership and training abilities
• Refined, guest-focused communication skills
• Willingness to work across multiple properties
