Assist LAUGFS Supermarket customers with product inquiries, store navigation, and purchases, ensuring a positive shopping experience across Colombo branches.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product location and inquiries
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Support product replenishment and shelf organization
• Handle customer feedback and escalations appropriately
• Maintain store presentation standards

Requirements

• School leaving certificate or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
